2017年9月7日，作为合肥工厂安全活动的一部分内容，合肥工厂安全责任状层层签署活动在上海会议室启动。负责人王鑫先生先介绍了此次活动的目的和意义，随后公司总经理王小骥先生与工厂相关部门的负责人（、生产部、工程部、两轮工厂）签署了合肥工厂安全生产责任状活动场地安全责任书，接着相关部门负责人也与本部门的区域经理代表签署了安全责任状。最后，总经理王小骥强调安全责任状的签署，是再次强调安全十大黄金原则无妥协，同时也是为了不断敲打一些因为“经验主义”、“老司机主义”而产生的轻视安全的想法和念头，最重要的是通过这种层层签署的形式，让每一位直线领导能够时刻牢记安全承诺活动场地安全责任书，让员工做到高高兴兴上班，平平安安回家。

As one part of Hefei plant safety campaign, safety liability letter signing activity was kicked off in 7th of September, 2017. ESSH manager Covey Wang briefed the purpose of this activity, and then plant manager Jeff Wang signed the liability lettter with related department head(ESSH, PD, EN and TW), after that the related department head signed the liability letter with his line managers. At the end the plant manager highlight again that this actility is not only a chance to emphasize the 10 golden safety rules, and also a powerful reminder to the employee who may look down on the safety rules because "old driver" thinkings, and the most important is to make our employee can come to plant happly and go home safely.

将会将各层级安全责任状准备好，分发至各部门，由各部门组织自上而下的组织安全责任状签署活动。希望各级管理者能落笔有声，将安全职责融入到管理活动的每一个角落。
